As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you are a key player in driving revenue and optimizing the hotel's commercial strategies. You lead the commercial team, ensuring a comprehensive approach to sales and marketing management to maximize profitability and enhance the hotel's market position.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and maximize yield.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to enhancing its market positioning.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
