• Provide exceptional guest service to overnight guests, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Generate night audit reports and summaries, including revenue, occupancy, and financial performance data.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
• Assist the front desk team during the night shift, including handling reservations, phone calls, and guest requests.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.
• Manage cash transactions during the night shift, including cash payments, change funds, and deposits.
• Reconcile cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to night audit processes.
• Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment during the night shift.
• Communicate important information and incidents to the head of finance.
