As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive and execute comprehensive sales strategies within your designated area. Your role goes beyond maximizing business opportunities; it involves strategic implementation and meticulous execution of sales action plans tailored to the specific needs of your assigned segments. With a focus on fostering long-term client relationships, you will work with a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue targets, identify new business prospects, and position our products or services as preferred solutions within these key market segments.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with managerial and departmental executives to deliver top-notch client servicing, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans meticulously, aiming to surpass predefined targets.
- Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with clients for both transient and group business, ensuring optimal terms for the properties.
- Promote and generate sales leads expanding the brand's presence and market share.
- Establish and maintain organized files of major accounts.
- Ensure adherence to selling strategies during negotiations and seize opportunities for maximizing upselling whenever possible.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for your segments.
- Monitor industry trends, policies, and regulations providing insights to shape sales strategies.
- Periodically review and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
