As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to make room reservations. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with booking inquiries, and ensuring accurate and efficient reservation processes.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in making room reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns related to bookings and accommodation.
- Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations.
- Offer assistance and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
- Promote special offers, packages, and discounts to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure accurate room inventory management.
- Assist with group reservations and bookings as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
