As Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and business functions of the hotel. You will work closely with the Director of Finance to ensure the efficient operation of the finance department, contributing to the hotel's financial success and operational excellence.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, identifying trends and variances.
Support the monitoring of financial performance and budget adherence.
Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Collaborate in the development and execution of the hotel's financial strategy.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.

Assist in conducting financial feasibility studies and analysis for projects and investments.

Contribute to cash flow management, ensuring funds are available for operational needs.
Support treasury and cash management practices.
Assist in identifying financial risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Assist in coordinating internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the finance team, providing guidance and support.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.
Participate in colleague training and development initiatives.
Support cost-control measures while maintaining quality and service standards.
Assist in procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management.
Stay informed about financial technology trends and assist in system improvements.
Ensure the efficient utilization of financial systems and tools.
